These Terms of Service govern your use of roscoesitepro.com and any services provided by Roscoe Site Pro, operated by Roscoe Equity LLC.
Roscoe Site Pro provides web design, development, hosting, and SEO services for home service businesses. Our services include:
We may build a preview website for your business at no charge. Preview sites are our property until a service agreement is executed and payment is received. You are not obligated to purchase after viewing a preview.
Website build fees are due upon agreement to proceed. Monthly maintenance fees are billed on the first of each month. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Upon full payment of the build fee, you own the content and design of your website. We retain the right to display a small credit link ("Website by Roscoe Site Pro") in the footer. Hosting and maintenance require an active monthly subscription.
You may cancel your monthly maintenance plan at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with your website files. Hosting will terminate at the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information provided to us, including business name, phone number, address, services, and reviews. We use publicly available information (Google reviews, business listings) to build your site and will verify accuracy before delivery.
Roscoe Site Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All design templates, code frameworks, and proprietary tools used in creating your website remain the property of Roscoe Site Pro. Third-party assets (fonts, icons, images) are used under their respective licenses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
